Josh & Amber.
In 2022, Josh and Amber Shoemaker launched Oaks & Arrows, a digital marketing agency conceived with the unique needs of local businesses at heart. As a former partner of a local construction company, they know how critical it is to have a robust lead generation system for business growth. Indiana natives through and through, Josh and Amber continue to call the Hoosier state home, where they’re raising their three children. Beyond their business endeavors, they are deeply involved in their community, serving as pastors at their local church, with a passion for sharing the love of Jesus.

We believe that the success of any small business depends on its ability to consistently attract new leads and customers at will.
We believe that too many small businesses are spending wasting money on traditional forms of advertising that aren’t trackable and that don’t move the needle.

We work with established businesses primarily in Central Indiana. However, if you live outside of Indiana we may consider working with you if you are a Colts or Purdue fan. 😉
